About 30 minutes guided tour of the museum and access to the common areas of the Tonnara.
The Tonnara is open daily from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm or from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. We ask you to check the times carefully when you make your reservation and on the receipt you will receive.
Given the high number of requests for visits and the limited number of places, we suggest you book well in advance.
In order to preserve the site, a maximum number of accesses per day is permitted.
When you visit the open-air museum of the Tonnara di Scopello, you will discover the places where fishermen have been working, using tools and methods which have been handed down over the centuries.
You will be able to see the original boats, all the tools, the different ropes and the rooms where the Rais and his crew got together every year.
All of our apartments overlook the sea. As soon as you open the shutters of your room the view will leave you breathless. Each room is unique, characterised by its historical and architectural past, cared for to make you feel the Sicilian tradition in every detail.
